School Tour Series
As one of the South Island's newest schools, Te Matauru Primary delivers a curriculum that inspires our students and prepares them for their future, not our past. We employ passionate and energetic staff to work in carefully designed environments that can cater for differing needs. We work hard to be available and transparent to our community around our practices.
Every second term we offer a School Tour to interested neighbours, prospective families and any members of the public who would like to see first hand what we offer at Te Matauru. The format of these tours, which last about 60 minutes, is:
Welcome and Orientation from the School Principal and Student Ambassadors
Short presentation outlining the Te Matauru story and our approach to effective learning programmes
School tour
Q and A time.
